Quality Service and Professional Image

In addition to defining quality service, this module of the Professional Development Series will direct participants through activities designed to help them identify customers, respond to their needs, and enhance their satisfaction.

The following topics will be covered:

  • Developing Face-to-Face Service Skills
  • Creating a Service Culture through Quality Practices
  • Appropriate Workplace Etiquette
  • Managing Time and Resources for Efficiency

This is the first of five modules of The Professional Development Series. Those seeking promotion to the Office Associate Senior Level are required to attend this session.
